The proportion of pupils at the end of Key Stage 4 with at least 5 A*-C GCSEs was highest in Less Favoured Areas at 76.9% compared to 76.3% elsewhere. 90.1% of working age people in LFAs had qualifications, compared to 89.7% in England overall. The proportion of economically active people living in Less Favoured Areas with qualifications at NVQ Level 2 or above was 76%, which was higher than elsewhere. 36.2% of economically active adults in England had NVQ Level 4 qualification or above. In Less Favoured Areas, the proportion was slightly lower, 35.7%.
