Among the guiding principles: engage with key stakeholders worldwide, benchmark UK dairy against global standards, invest in technology , foster a leadership culture, co-operate to build trust and add value, ensure staff wellbeing, continuous learning and development, succession planning, involve consumers in key debates, sustainable energy, nutrient planning, reduced waste, climate change adaption and mitigation, protect ecosystems and invest in research and development, training and on-farm technology to improve animal welfare.
