Landwards is the journal of the Institution and is published four times a year. A typical issue contains articles and shorter items on a range of topics relevant to engineering in the landbased sector. It seeks to cover the interests of all members and readers:- engineers; researchers; farmers and growers; dealers and manufacturers; consultants; contractors; educationalists; conservationists and many others. Landwards is circulated free to all members of the Institution and on subscription to a large number of libraries, institutes and similar bodies - it can be found in technical college and university libraries throughout the world. Circulation is approximately 2000. It provides a publication of high technical content reaching an influential group. It is suited to advertising products, equipment and services in the landbased sector and in the care and maintenance of the rural environment.
