Bread wheat premium: the effect of supply, demand and quality
An evaluation of the relative importance of the factors affecting the premium price for bread wheat.

A model developed to predict the premium price of bread wheat showed that 80% of the variation in premium is determined by the Hagberg falling number, livestock numbers and wheat stocks. There is a close relationship between the average falling number of the UK crop and the premium.
