Milk - a fungicide for organic cereals?
An account of work on the effectiveness of milk and whey as cereal fungicides.

Glasshouse studies have shown that milk and whey at various concentrations can be more effective than sulphur in the control of powdery mildew on wheat but further work is required to determine effectiveness on a field scale.
